| Description | Hi Kerwin The field has FW v15.523.6 FW deployed. ( about 8k ) I have obtained VoC that Video was outputting only 1/4 of the TV screen After STB rebooting, the output was ok. Hi Mr. YK Jung, Are there more information about 4/1 screen issue ? When does user see this problem ? (standby and resume or STB boot up ? ) I checked all log files, only 5C_3A_45_33_A7_26 STB has HDMI related information. However, I can't find anything wrong in it. Hi Mr. Kerwin Chen, As you mentioned before, I checked with AML what they are doing. They are just waiting for log from the field. If you inform the keyword that we can see the log when 1/4 screen shown on the screen, then we will check with SKB this keyword from the field. It is very difficult to reproduce this issue in our side. |
